Does anyone use personal booru software?
My /b/ folder has been ongoing since 2007 and I need some sort of tagging system.

https://hydrusnetwork.github.io/hydrus/index.html) exists, but it is not very high performance. I have ~90,000 images in my folder, so manual review for tags is still probably needed, but some sort of auto-classifier and hashing/indexing system is probably in scope here.

I've never tried something like that. Nowadays it's probably worth it to look into batched API requests to some super AI that can look at images and write tags. That might be error prone and expensive, for 90,000 images.
I just asked opus 4.8 for 10 words from your image, and he said "Nixon glumly eats rice and beef beside a Monster Energy can." which is. a good start. Maybe just asking for a comma-seperated list of tags.
Another idea is, you could try scripting some image lookups to see if you can find them already tagged somewhere, but again, that's a bit of a vague and expensive solution.
